READING:

Today for reading you will need to complete the "Let's Learn It" for Wednesday. Secondly, you will need to read or listen to chapters 13-15 of Lawn Boy pgs. 75-88. Lastly, you will need to complete the "Dictionary Detective" worksheet for ch. 13-15 of Lawn Boy.

What needs to come back:

SPELLING:

Today for spelling you will need to complete the "Word Work" worksheet "Day 2". On this worksheet, you will need to sort the words by the number of syllables they have.

What needs to come back:

• "Word Work" Day 2

Once you have completed all your tasks for the day, take a nice break. Also, don't forget to do your P.E. and/or Music assignments for the week (reminder don't send this back until the next week).

READING:

Today for reading, you will need to complete the Tuesday "Let's Learn It". Then you will need to complete the "Vocabulary Study" for chapters 10-12 as well as the "Understanding the Story" worksheet for chapters 10-12 of Lawn Boy.

WRITING:

Tuesday means writing day! This week for writing you will need to start and finish writing your fictional story. This should be pretty easy and quick as you have already thought of all the events that are happening in your story with all the anchor charts you have done. You need to write your final on the lined wiring paper in your packet. Lastly, please look over the writing rubric before you start writing to make sure you are including everything you need in your writing. Remember, this writing is worth 100 points so please make sure you are taking this seriously.

What needs to come back:

• Fictional writing when you are done.

SCIENCE:

Today for science you will need to read "Anemometer" and then answer the questions just like yesterday below the text. Then you will need to flip the paper over and complete "Name the Different Weather Instruments". Use the sheet with all the different weather instruments on it to help you (this sheet is in the packet for today).

What needs to come back:

• "Anemometer" & "Name the Different Weather Instruments" worksheet.

Don't forget you will still need to do your math. Then you are done for the day...yay! Good work! Also, don't forget to do your music and gym sheets as well for the week.
